The Carnival Vista was scheduled to depart at 4 pm and I opted for a 1 pm. The Carnival Breeze and Carnival Vista arrived around midday with scores of locals lining the docks to welcome them back to port. Carnival will assign an Arrival Appointment to guests who fail to select an arrival time.
